Churchill Sixth Form is rightly proud of its reputation for providing a top quality range of opportunities – academic, vocational and extra-curricular. We have students who are keen to achieve, expert help and guidance by the Sixth Form staff and specialist teachers of the highest calibre. More about the Sixth Form.
Each year we recruit up to 40% of our Lower Sixth from other schools – everyone, students new and students already here, are assured of a warm welcome from us all.

2007 Ofsted Inspection: a glowing report
Students very much enjoy school, are well behaved, adopt healthy lifestyles and feel safe.
No group of students under-performs, boys make much better progress than is found nationally and…the progress and achievement of those with learning difficulties is outstanding.
Academic progress is monitored extensively and challenging targets are regularly set and reviewed with students.
The Oftsed Inspectors also noted that “‘Aiming for Excellence’ is the school’s motto and in many respects it is well on the way to achieving this. The quality of the education provided is good, with outstanding features, including an outstanding Sixth Form.” View the full Ofsted Report.
